Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of StealthProxy at stealthproxy.io. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Last updated: June 2026.
Acceptance and the service
Acceptance
By registering for, accessing, or using StealthProxy you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use StealthProxy on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
The service
StealthProxy provides Polish 4G/5G mobile and residential stealth proxies intended for use with anti-detect browsers and similar tools. Lanes are issued per account with sticky-session options and a single-country (Poland) exit pool. We may improve, change, or retire features over time.
Acceptable use
What you may not do
You agree not to use StealthProxy for any illegal activity; unauthorised access, intrusion, or scanning of systems you do not own or have permission to test; fraud, phishing, or deception; distribution of malware; sending spam; or infringement of intellectual property or other third-party rights. You are responsible for complying with the laws and the terms of any sites and services you access through the proxies.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and issued proxy lanes confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us through in-app support if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
Billing, subscription and trial
In general terms
StealthProxy is offered on a paid subscription basis, and may include a trial period. Plan details, pricing, and any trial terms are presented in the service. Subscriptions continue until cancelled in line with the plan you selected. Fees are stated exclusive of any taxes that may apply. These terms describe billing only in general; they do not form a price quote.
Availability and liability
No absolute uptime guarantee
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it on an "as available" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mobile and residential networks, maintenance, and factors outside our control can affect availability and performance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StealthProxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the period giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension, changes and governing law
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if your use threatens the integrity or security of the service, or where required by law. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply where relevant.
